About the company
Veiling Hoogstraten
Coöperatie Hoogstraten is one of the major Belgian sales organisations for fresh fruits and vegetables with a turnover of approximately 300 million euro. Quality and product leadership are of paramount importance. From our basis in Hoogstraten, we deliver to Belgian and international supermarket chains, wholesalers and export companies all year round. Together with our more than 200 active horticulturists, our 100 permanent employees ensure every day that our customers can enjoy high quality fresh fruits and vegetables, brimming with flavour, and with respect for sustainability. Our main categories are strawberries, tomatoes, peppers, special tomatoes and berries. Together, strawberries, tomatoes, specials and peppers account for 97% of our turnover. The remaining 3% is taken up by cucumbers, berries and other small products.
